Unsurprisingly, complex issues can emerge within relationships if one of the partners is the breadwinner – particularly the woman when it comes to heterosexual relationships. With money and personal finances still being a challenging topic for many to discuss, data shows that couples who start arguing constantly about their finances from early on are more likely to split up.
