It’s our first of three BB Member’s Perks in July - and this one is for the theatre lovers!

Ain’t I A Woman? is a theatrical production comprising of five engaging short plays, exploring the complex intersection of race and gender - all written, directed and produced by black women.

The collection of short plays deliver a message of hope and resilience, illustrating how the intersection of race and gender can be a source of allyship and inspiration.

This BB Perk is giving 3 BB Members a pair of tickets each to a showing of Ain’t I A Woman? at the Tower Theatre in London. With settings ranging from a London casting room to a dystopian future, a sci-fi mystery to a TV studio, women tell their different stories, sharing their perspectives of being black and female in contemporary Britain

For this BB Members Perk, we are looking for Black women who:

🎭 Will be available to get to Tower Theatre for a showing of their choosing between 10th - 20th July.

🎁 Will be able to bring a +1

👸🏾 Are of course, Black Ballad members

💪🏾 We will give BB Members the opportunity to sign up for Ain't I A Woman until Friday 5th July at 10am.

💪🏽 Please note that being a Black Ballad Member does not guarantee you free tickets. Winners will be chosen at via a random number generator on Friday 5th July.
