I think I have only watched one series of I’m A Celebrity and I know a white man won. I don’t know what possessed me to watch the show, but between the stomach churning challenges and the absolutely dead jokes made by Ant and Dec, I knew the show would never be for me.

Despite my taste, this mediocre show has been on our screens for over 20 years. It has had its controversies and criticisms like every show that has been on air for a long period of time. Yet this year, it feels like the controversy and critiques feel more intense and more explosive.
