For the first time in my lifetime, it’s felt like January has flown by. Not only has it flown by, but it has been a great January. I’ve achieved things both professionally and personally that I never thought would happen. 2024 already feels better than 2023 and it has made me excited for what is to come.

Yet, while I think about the blessings of January, I also think about the cost those blessings have come at. When we achieve greatness, have small and big wins or reach that milestone, rarely do they come out of luck. It is often down to hard work and let’s be honest, the great sacrifices that are made.
