Finally, it feels like spring, and dare I say summer is on its way? While the hot weather is, of course, a huge win of the spring and summer months, they are also seasons of growth and abundance. It often feels like spring and summer are when things start to come to fruition.

This idea of growth and always needing to grow, both personally and professionally, is something that has been ingrained in me from an early age. I'm sure many of you can relate to well-meaning friends and family pushing us to grow in one way, shape, or form to be a version that they think is or will be the very best for ourselves. Yet, this idea of always wanting to grow and be better than yesterday can lead to burnout.
