Editor's Letter: Why I'm OK With Not Being The Most Talented Person In The Room

When it comes down to it, success is extremely individualistic. Some define it as financial freedom and some define it as emotional happiness. It could be waking up in the morning doing the job you love regardless of how much you get paid. Or creating the family dynamics and friendships that nourish us in both the high and low moments in our lives. I’ve been really open about letting go of how society defines success and coming to define success and what it looks like on my own terms. 

And the more I travel on this journey called life, I’ve realised how essential people are to your success. It can be having people around you who are supportive of your dreams and goals, or having allies and mentors who help open the doors you must walk through in order to achieve the things and moments that are pivotal to your idea of success.
