Black Ballad's Muay Thai & Mental Wellbeing Workshop

Prepare for a physical & mental workout in a safe space for black women.

This 3-hour workshop introduces the ancient art of Muay Thai (beginners very welcome) and fuses it with self-development aimed at women who are looking to create change in their lives. No matter your gender or size, you are capable of generating plenty of power behind those punches. This class will teach you how.

The rest of the time will be spent working on self-love and compassion. To create any type of lasting change in our lives we must start from a place of self acceptance regardless of where we are in the present moment. Learn to punch and kick through those barriers. Everyone should leave feeling much more powerful than when they stepped in.

The workshop will be taught by Alanna Sheridan, Muay Thai Instructor at Women's World Of Muay Thai.
