You don’t need to front with us; we know too well that trying to excel in a 9 – 5 position, while pursuing a passion project or side business is bloody hard.
We know that as black women, we have to be at least twice as good to be considered the best of the best in the office. When you are trying to do that and your second job starts in the evening and ends in the early hours of tomorrow, it can really feel isolating, or there like there is no one to turn to for advice.
