If there is one film we all need to see in 2024, it is The Color Purple - The Musical. And we are so excited to announce that Black Ballad has teamed up for the film’s distributors, Warner Bros. Pictures for a screening, just for Black Ballad members.
As this is a BB Members Perk, there will be no charge and tickets will be given on a first come first serve basis. You will be able to book a single ticket or grab two tickets - one for yourself and your plus one.
There will be canapés, plus every attendee will be given a choice of wine, beer or a soft drink to enjoy before the film starts.
The event will take place in a central London location on Tuesday 23rd January at 6pm, three days before the UK release date. So if you want to spend an evening with other black women being inspired and empowered by the performances of Taraji, P. Henson Danielle Brooks and Fantasia Barrino in this bold re-imagining of the classic text, then make sure to grab a ticket.
