How These Black Women Navigate Loneliness & Isolation As Freelancers

Of all the things I could’ve expected from a journey as a freelance writer, isolation and loneliness were two feelings I never thought I would find myself drowning in. For freelancers and self-employed individuals like me, getting acquainted with these feelings becomes somewhat a routine.

Despite the impression that freelancers have it easy and rest on a bed of roses, invisible challenges are often dismissed.
