We are officially in the colder months, which means fans are off, heaters are on, dresses are back in our wardrobes and winter jackets paired with high-knee boots are brought out.
Most of us are also deciding to put our natural fros away and opting for protective hairstyles that will keep our heads warm, especially as Britain loves to slap us with a freezing winter breeze.
Our skin requires some tender, loving care too. Skin is the largest organ in the body and as the air becomes much drier it is important for us to switch up our routines because just as the seasons change, we must change with them.
