I used to think I was worldly and wise until I started University. 

As a bright-eyed 18-year-old with the world at her feet, having just left school, I really believed I knew it all. That was until I realised that actually my school experience, as wonderful as it was, had wrapped me in cotton wool and placed me inside a comfortable and carefully constructed bubble alongside my like-minded peers.
